Assists the Transportation Coordinator in performing administrative duties in a coordinated public transportation system.
Examples of Duties Receives telephone calls, takes cancellations, and schedules trips.
Operates computer dispatch program and directs drivers.
Creates, distributes, and audits manifests of daily trips for FCPT.
Prepares trip and on-time performance reports as needed.
Assists with drivers in mapping help with routes as needed.
Assists with Medicaid verification and billing.
Provides administrative assistance to Transportation Coordinator Must comply with the provisions of the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Drug and Alcohol Regulations.
During emergencies, all employees are considered essential personnel and may be required to perform alternate duties.

Minimum Qualifications Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma.
2-years' experience in administrative, clerical, or financial work.
Public transportation administrative experience preferred.
Possession of Class C Florida Commercial Driver's License or higher with Passenger Endorsement is preferred.
As a condition of continued employment, a (CLP) Commercial Learners Permit must be obtained within 3 months from date of hire and a Class C Florida Commercial Driver's License or higher with Passenger Endorsement must be obtained prior to the end of the one-year probationary period.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
