We are seeking a skilled reliable Maintenance technician to join our team supporting our processing in Bunnell, FL.
The Maintenance technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the facility's equipment, systems, and infrastructure in optimal working condition.
the role requires a strong technical and electrical background attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Duties:
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance in equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical system (24-volt, 120-volt, 220-volt, and 480-volt), plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
Identify and diagnose equipment malfunctions, troubleshooting issues and performing necessary repairs or replacements in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including work performed, parts used, and equipment status.
Qualifications:
Ability to troubleshoot processing equipment Mechanical ability to change motors bearings, rollers etc.
Plumbing Maintenance experience Ability to take directions Ability to work in a cold environment (36-40 degrees) for extensive periods of time Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Working Conditions:
No heating or air conditioning Must be able to lift 50lbs Industrial equipment, including moving conveyors and other electrically energizes machinery Heavy forklift traffic Concrete flooring, often wet Some cold air areas (36-40 degrees) Noise Level:
High May be required to crouch Required to regularly sit, stand, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear Must be able to walk frequently on flat terrain Must be able to perform repetitive motion
