We are looking for an ambitious energetic person with great management and customer service skills.
Team working is a must.
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
-Must have Management experience.
-Must have computer skills.
-Create monthly work schedules for employees and track employees weekly hours.
-Run Office and Facility efficiently.
-Light maintenance around the facility.
-Supports sales objectives and revenue growth through maximizing conversion of telephone and walk-in inquiries into rentals.
-Collection calls.
-A good listener and communicator.
-Multi-tasking and managing your day-to-day responsibilities of the office and facility independently or with little supervision.
-Executes all documents associated with leasing; maintains all required tenant documentation in an orderly manner.
Detail oriented is a must!!!! -Must have reliable transportation.
-Available flexible hours.
40 hours per week.
Additional hours if necessary.
Monday-Friday 8:
30-6pm, Saturday 8:
30-3pm, Sunday 11am-3pm MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR SOME WEEKENDS -Possibility of bonus income.
