We are seeking an experienced and professional Data Entry Clerk to add to our Accounts Payable team.
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for processing accounts payable, corresponding with vendors and answering inquiries, ensuring accuracy of invoices and timely payments.
The Data Entry Clerk will also be responsible for reconciling vendor statements and various general accounting duties using Excel spreadsheets.
This position is located in our company's headquarters office in sunny Palm Coast, Florida.
Members of our Field Support Team are anything but corporate, enjoying fun events like Wellness Wednesdays, Holiday Parties, and Bring Your Dog to Work Day.
During these unprecedented times, our Field Support Team has been working remotely for part of the week and reporting to the office at least once a week.
What We're Looking For:
2 years of previous experience in a high volume environment Associates Degree in Accounting a plus Basic Excel spreadsheet development and MS Office experience; additional software experience a plus Must have a positive can-do attitude and the willingness to learn Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and be highly functional in a team environment.
Leadership experience a plus.
