Responsibilities:
-Manage and maintain Quickbooks accounting system.
-Invoicing -Inputting weekly Payroll -Ordering material for office and jobs - Manage and maintain office files, including organizing and updating documents - Handle phone systems, including answering calls, taking messages, and directing calls to appropriate individuals - Develop and implement training programs for office staff to enhance their skills and knowledge - Manage calendars and schedule appointments for office personnel - Ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained by all staff members
Experience:
-Proficiency in Quickbooks and generating weekly reports - Proven experience in office management or a related field - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite We offer competitive pay and benefits package.
