IT Helpdesk Coordinator for Yellowstone Landscape Group

Our growing company is looking for a professional and dynamic IT Helpdesk Coordinator in for our corporate headquarters, located in Bunnell, FL. In this role, the IT Helpdesk Coordinator will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to employees of our 2 entities operating in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and Texas.

Responsibilities:
o Setup, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OS desktop and notebook computers.
o Install and configure software.
o Set up and configure printers, scanners and other peripherals.
o IT hardware procurement and inventory control.
o Document issue resolution using the help desk ticketing system.
o Maintain excellent communication with all end users and other members of the MIS/IT team.
o Ongoing Active Directory and Exchange administration.
o Work with third-party vendors for project support/advanced technical support as needed.
o Conduct demonstrations or training sessions to address end-user training needs.
o Monitor and remove virus, spyware and other non-authorized software.
o Remote monitoring and support.
o Complete special projects as requested.

Requirements:
o 1
years setup, configuration, troubleshooting of desktops/notebook hardware and software (Windows and Mac OS).
o Experience administering and troubleshooting Active Directory and Exchange environments a plus.
o Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, 2013 and 365.
o Knowledge of current industry technologies to include, but not limited to: LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, video conferencing, switching and routing, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and other protocols.
o Knowledge in supporting a multi-site environment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
