Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Job Description
Kelly Services, Inc. has IMMEDIATE openings for shipping & receiving warehouse clerks. Full time Mon - Fri 8am - 4:30pm

Pull product to fill customer orders (FIFO) .
Prepare production documentation for shipping .
Ship product via common carrier .
Prepare and ship samples and trade show items
Ensure that orders are in compliance with IATA, Dangerous Goods Regulations, DOT, and any other transportation and safety regulations. (OSHA) .
Provide Accounting Department with requirements for freight forwarder quotes . issue call tags .
Palatalize orders for shipment via freight forwarder
Accept and store materials coming into warehouse .
Check incoming quantity against invoice and shipping documents .
Coordinate product release inspection with Regulatory .
Document shipping discrepancies and report to the shipper

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
